Meet Elisabeth

The woman behind LeadHer Dynamics

Elisabeth Nyang Coleman is a certified speech language pathologist, writer, and executive coach in practice who guides professionals and leaders toward clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of belonging within themselves. Her work is grounded in communication, emotional awareness, and the quiet courage it takes to rebuild a life that feels aligned and whole.

For more than 20 years, she has helped people find their voice during seasons of transition. Her experience spans clinical practice, entrepreneurship, and life lived across cultures. This gives her a rare understanding of identity, change, and the emotional landscapes that shape how people lead and relate to others.

Having lived abroad for a significant portion of her adult life, Elisabeth brings a global and intuitive lens to her coaching and mentorship. She understands the complexity of expectations, family histories, cultural nuance, and the private weight many women carry beneath their outward success. Her work blends emotional intelligence, reflective practice, and gentle inquiry. Clients feel seen, supported, and invited to explore their inner world with honesty and care.

Elisabeth integrates her background in communication with a grounded understanding of resilience and identity. She helps clients see the patterns that shape their decisions and the way they move through transition. Her work supports clients as they reconnect with their values, listen to their needs, and make choices that reflect who they are rather than what is expected of them.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her master’s degree from the University of South Florida. She is completing her Executive Coaching Certification at the University of Pennsylvania through the ICF ACC path. She is also the author of Splintered: A Memoir of Remembering and Becoming, a work that explores resilience, estrangement, identity, and the quiet grit required to reclaim a sense of belonging.

Elisabeth lives in Las Vegas with her husband and daughter, where she writes, coaches, and creates reflective spaces for women to rise without losing themselves. While her practice centers women, she welcomes aligned clients of any identity who resonate with her approach.
