About

Elisabeth Nyang-Coleman is an ICF-certified executive coach, ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist, writer, speaker, and consultant who helps leaders and professionals make thoughtful, intentional decisions during seasons of growth, transition, and change. Her work brings together communication, leadership, and human behavior to help people navigate the moments that shape their careers, businesses, and lives.

For more than 23 years, Elisabeth has worked at the intersection of healthcare, education, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has partnered with individuals, families, professionals, and organizations navigating complex decisions, significant transitions, and meaningful growth. Those experiences have shaped her belief that lasting change begins not with having more information, but with creating the space to think critically, weigh competing priorities, and make intentional decisions with confidence.

Elisabeth’s perspective has also been shaped by a life lived across six countries and multiple cultures. Living and working internationally has given her a deep appreciation for the ways identity, culture, family, and environment influence how we communicate, lead, adapt, and make decisions. It has also reinforced her belief that there is no single path to building a meaningful life.

Today, Elisabeth works primarily with women navigating leadership, transitions, and growth while also partnering with aligned men, healthcare professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations. Whether she is coaching, consulting, mentoring, speaking, or writing, she creates space for thoughtful reflection, honest conversation, and intentional action.

As a writer and speaker, Elisabeth explores the questions, experiences, and decisions that shape how we live, lead, and grow. Her work examines topics including burnout, resilience, communication, leadership, entrepreneurship, raising a neurodivergent teen, living and working abroad, major life transitions, joy, and the pursuit of meaningful goals. Above all, her work encourages people to live authentically, have the audacity to dream, and recognize that it’s never too late to choose a different path.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her master’s degree from the University of South Florida. She completed her Executive Coaching Certification at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also the author of Splintered: A Memoir of Remembering and Becoming, a memoir that explores resilience, estrangement, identity, and the courage of rebuilding a life.

Elisabeth splits her time between Las Vegas, Nevada, and Holetown, Barbados, where she coaches, consults, writes, and speaks.
